Scheduling
When you call in, we will ask your credit card information or Groupon voucher number to schedule an appointment. Your credit card or Groupon voucher will be charged at the time.
Rescheduling Policy
Your appointments are very important to the Balance Massage team.  They are reserved especially for you.  We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary.  Therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hour notice for rescheduling of appointments without any charge.
  • Rescheduling before 24 hours in advance of  your appointment, your charge will be refund to your account.
  • Rescheduling within 24 hours in advance of  your appointment, you will be charge a $20 rescheduling fee.
Cancellation Policy
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Balance Massage values our staff’s time. We understands they have  family and friends with whom they could be spending time.  We pays our staff their entire wage for any missed or late cancelled appointment out of respect for their valuable time.  Therefore, we have a strictly enforced 24 hour cancellation  policy.

  • Any no-show appointment, your charge will NOT be refundable.
